Return, Refund, and Fraud Policy
Thank you for choosing Mel's Wigs and Co! We strive to provide high-quality wigs and excellent customer service. Please read our policies carefully:
Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within (3) days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in original condition: unworn, not manipulated, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your items are not in their original condition, they cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges must be requested within three days of receiving your item. No exchanges will be accepted after seven days. Exchanges on manipulated or worn hair will not be honored under any circumstances.
If you would like to initiate an exchange, contact us at info@melwigsandco.com . Items returned to us must first request a return to be accepted. Unauthorized exchanges/returns will not be accepted.
A 25% restocking fee will be taken from the total amount of any exchange and/or return.
2. No Refunds:
- Refunds are not permitted. Instead, all eligible returns will be processed as store credit.

**** ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All orders are non-refundable. Reimbursement will be issued in the form of store credit only. Refunds on manipulated or worn hair will not be entertained under any circumstances. When accepting the terms of our store policies at checkout, you agree all sales are final.

3. DAMAGES & ISSUES
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have seven days to report any damages or problems with your order.
Store Credit Policy
1. Store Credit:
- Store credit will be issued for the amount of the purchase minus any shipping fees and 25% restock fee.
- Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases.
2. How to Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Fraud Policy

- Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent may be canceled or require additional verification.
