1) What is a glueless wig?

A glueless wig is designed to stay secure on your head without the need for glue, tape or adhesives. All wigs includes an adjustable band that allows for you to make the wig more snug or looser. 

2) What is the difference between Affordable Raw vs Single Donor Raw?

Affordable raw hair is 100% raw human hair that has not been chemically processed or steamed. It’s cut from real donors, but wigs are often mixed from 2–4 donors to reduce cost and increase availability.

Single donor raw hair is hair that comes from one person only, which makes the cuticles 100% aligned and the texture completely uniform throughout the bundle or set.

Either way - the wigs are 100% Raw Human Hair from donors in Vietnam and Cambodia. 

3) Are your wigs Ready to Wear?

Yes, all wigs are ready to wear straight out the box. This customization includes a plucked lace, natural hairline, and a fully styled wig. If you choose a curled wig - it will come with pin curls. Simply brush through the curls and voila! You are all set!

4) How do we know if my insurance will cover the wig?

Mel will walk you through the entire process. Simply, Book A Consultation under Contact Us. We will go over everything in depth! 

5) What insurance companies do you work with?

We work with AETNA, Blue Cross Blueshield, United Health Care, CIGNA, and so many more. If your insurance company is not listed - do not worry! Book a consultation for us to work with you.

6) How do we measure our heads?

Take a waist measure tape and start from the nape of your neck. Allow the end of tape to overlap in front of your hairline (where you would normally have the edge of lace lay). If you need help visual - please watch tutorial video. 

7) How long does it take to receive my wig?

Expect to receive your order within 10 -15 business days of placing. This time frame does include shipping and processing time. 

8) How long does your wigs last?

With Proper Care wigs can last 3-5+ years. 

9) Do you offer custom orders (wigs that are not on your website) ?

Yes, we do! Fill out the contact form at the top of our page. 

10) How do I keep up with my wig maintenance?

All MWC wig maintenances are $60 for MWC customers. Make sure to log into your account when selecting service. Service may be higher at check out - but credit will be refunded to apply to future orders. 

Each maintenance includes wash and style of your choice.  

11) Can I cancel or change my order?

Changes or Cancellation can be made within 24 hours of checkout. Please contact us immediately at 832-735-0573.
